Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do not currently offer international delivery.
How Much is Shipping?
- Standard delivery: £7.99
- Free shipping on all UK orders over £100
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our official email address with a tracking link so that you can follow your parcel to your doorstep.
Please Note:
- The address you enter at checkout is the one your order will be delivered to.
- Once the order is placed, we can’t make changes to the address.
- If no one is home, the courier should leave a card so you can reschedule delivery.
We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information, especially around busy times.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Kindly double-check with neighbours or your building reception.
- Look around for safe spots near your entrance.
