Returns Policy

What is your Returns Policy?

We want you to love every piece you receive from Queen Modesty. But if something’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us at info@queenmodesty.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With tags still attached

If there are any scents, marks (such as makeup or deodorant), or signs of wear, the return will be refused. Ineligible returns will be sent back after a return shipping fee is paid.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• If your order received free shipping and the return brings the total below £100, the refund will exclude delivery charges
• Hijabs and undercaps are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
• Gift boxes are non-returnable

Returns may take up to 14 working days to process. During peak times, such as Ramadan, processing may take up to 21 days.
