1. Placing an Order
Once your order is placed you will get a confirmation email to let you know we have received it. We will start prepping your items right away and send a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please double-check your address before completing your order, and once it’s shipped, we unfortunately can’t make any changes. We’re not able to cover the cost of lost parcels if the wrong address was entered at checkout.
2. Payments
All payments on our website are made in British Pounds (£ GBP). We accept all major debit and credit cards, and your payment is processed accordingly. Note that our payment methods are secure.
3. Shipping
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods or public holidays. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time during sales, promotions, or national holidays. For full details, please read our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Exchanges
As of now, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos and a brief description of the issue.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size swaps, or dislike of color. Please read all product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this website images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, belongs to Queen Modesty. Please don’t use or copy anything without our written permission.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we run special offers or discounts. These will have clear start and end dates and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw or change any offer at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to make sure everything on our site is accurate, and we’ll always try to keep things running smoothly. However, we can’t be held responsible for any delays, losses, or issues caused by events out of our control (e.g., delivery disruptions, strikes, natural events, etc.).
